Car Care Krems

Car Care Krems is a workshop at Wiener Straße 129, 3500 Krems an der Donau, Austria. The company is Car Care TBA e.U. All makes, from an everyday car to a Porsche. Paintwork care and detailing are done on request; the workshop remains the main work.

You drop the car off in the morning and pick it up the same day. We agree what will be done and what it will cost before we start. If something else comes up, we call you.

Three prices

1. 01Oil change 65 €, including the oil filter and brand oil (Mannol). An appointment is enough; you can wait or collect the car later.
2. 02Air-conditioning service from 89 €. Check, service and refill, plus cleaning and disinfection.
3. 03Underbody preservation from 200 €, depending on the size of the vehicle and the state of corrosion. 200 € is not a flat rate. We say what it costs for your vehicle before we start.

Everything else is calculated for the vehicle and agreed before the work.

What we do

1. 01Engine and gearbox service. Service to the manufacturer's specification, for every make, from an everyday car to a sports car. If the car hesitates, lacks power or loses oil, we look at it. We agree the work before we start.
2. 02Brake service. The brake squeals, grinds or the pedal feels soft. We check and replace pads, discs and brake fluid. We say what will be done and what it costs beforehand.
3. 03Diagnosis. A warning light is on or something feels wrong. We read the fault memory and keep looking until the cause is clear. There is no flat fee that fits every car. We say what the search costs before we start, instead of replacing parts on a guess.
4. 04Tyre service. We mount, change and balance tyres and wheels, from summer to winter and back. Storage is included. Ask for the next free appointment.
5. 05Oil service. Oil change with filter, to the specification for your car, and on request a look-over at the same time. 65 €, including the oil filter and brand oil (Mannol).
6. 06Air-conditioning service. The system no longer cools properly or it smells. Check, service and refill, plus cleaning and disinfection. From 89 €. Best to call before summer.
7. 07Windscreen and glass. Stone-chip repair, or a new screen if the crack is too large. Vehicle glazing is one of the two registered trades (GISA 37586904). We look and tell you beforehand whether a repair is enough.
8. 08Pickerl, preparation and handling. We prepare the vehicle for the §57a inspection and arrange it. We do not issue the sticker. The workshop does not carry out the inspection itself.
9. 09Underbody preservation. Protects against rust, stone chips, road salt and corrosion, for long-term rust protection and to preserve the vehicle's value. From 200 €, depending on the size of the vehicle and the state of corrosion. Not a flat rate.
10. 10Underbody protection for cars, vans, motorhomes and classic cars, when corrosion is starting or as prevention. Check the underbody, clean and prepare it, prepare and treat the rust protection, apply the underbody protection, treat the wheel-arch liners, and check the sills and cavities. There is no fixed price.

What we do not offer: Car Care Krems has no towing service, no collection and delivery, and no courtesy car. If the car is not drivable, call and we will tell you what can be done.

Find the workshop

The workshop is behind “Autoteile-Direkt & Motoröldirekt”. The entrance is the one with the parking spaces in front of it. From Wiener Straße you see the sign of the parts shop, not the workshop. Directions are on the German page.

Open Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00. Saturday by appointment. Closed on Sundays and public holidays. Call 0677 64796959. The same number is used for WhatsApp.
